hi guys
I am gonna model a specific power diode in Pspice,but i am really confused how should i extract diode's parameters Like Rs,M,Cj0,Is ,etc from original datasheet.
i really thankful if somebody explain it with a real example

More Pspice4 had in its composition program Model. It allowed count spice-parameters of diodes and transistors. ORCAD also allows you to do it. Explore your Pspice.
