Have replaced caps and want to see if there`s change is marked with red on right place or it should be connected to the other point ?

Could you clarify your question? Are you asking of the wires from the AC input module belong somewhere else on the board?

 

one is the plug for supplying UPS and battery.
the other one is maybe for supplying monitor

i dont want to swap them on mistake

Not enough information. Need much better photos of the top and bottom of the board to be able to answer definitively, if at all.

One is going though resistance and rellay.

the other one though one yellow capacitor 0.47uf
