Battery is a clock backup on an Ideal Networks Signal Tek II. Any Help would be greatly appreciated.

 

It is a pretty good bet that if you slide the battery out of its holder you will see the battery type ("CR2032" or similar) stamped on the battery itself. Can't really do much with just the photos. If you precisely measure the battery's dimensions and voltage we can probably make a guess, but just reading from the markings on the battery would be much better.

 

One pic looks like it has welded tabs. The CR2032 battery with welded tabs is my guess.

Check polarity and spacing. Once you have it out, you can pry and confirm. Look for a holder.
