i hope to answer me at the earliest
i need simple circuit that i can used it to measure amplitude and phase angle of sinusoidal wave (i now their are some IC's can measure phase but i do not now how i used )
NOTE : { i need amplitude and phase to calculate first , second, thread &....... harmonic of sinusoidal wave }
so if any member have information about my quotation send it

A true sinusoidal wave has no harmonics. Do you mean that you need to measure amplitude and phase of each harmonic of a more complex waveform? If so, how do you plan to separate it into its harmonic components?

What you need is perhaps a lock-in amplifier. A lock-in amplifier without the "lock-in" part is not so hard to build. A better word for the latter is perhaps a "synchronous detector"

u are right i have been mistake about sinsiodel waves i mean non sinusoid or complex waves .
i need to determined the consist of complex waves
(a)- fundamental wave
(b)- a number of other sinusoidal waves whose frequencies are an integral multiple of the fundamental or basic frequency like 2f,3f and so on
after all that i want to display it [harmonics]
all that by using PIC 16fxxx
so if u have answer please tell me

This is how it goes
1)You can measure amplitude of a sine wave with Oscilloscope,ya with IC also I did it using a mcu but I dont rem.. any ASIC for this but their should be.
2)You can measure phase between two or more AC signal in a circuit i.e two or more sine waves ,it can also be done with Oscilloscope.

3)You get harmonic of sinusoidal wave only in mixed ac signal i.e mix of different ac signals and to measure these things you need spectrum analyzer.

Good Luck
