No it definitely isnt, and it probably isn't enough for a micro-controller either.

Everything considered and to answer your first question, you're best looking into a joule thief circuit with a super-cap to hold the charge. You will probably be able to light up an LED for a brief period of time

The short answer is no.

The reasons why you won't be able to get any significant (or even measurable, IMO) amount of charging with this method have already been explained to you, over and over; yet you seem to be driven by wishful thinking and to be completely unwilling to accept what people are telling you.

Apparently, physical reality is the only thing that will convince you. Here are two ICs, the LTC3588 and the LTC3331, which are specifically designed to manage energy harvesting from piezoelectric sources. Download their data sheets, study them, and use one or the other of those chips to design and build a circuit you think will achieve your goal.

Do that, and you'll find out for yourself very quickly what everyone has been telling you: that your goal is completely impractical.

I plan to make a Piezoelectric mobile phone charger that will convert the mechanical energy into electrical energy while walking and store it in 3.7v lipo battery. I managed to get around 1.5 to 4v from the Piezoelectric plates. I want to store this energy into the lipo battery. but the problem is that I need a charging circuit that would protect my lipo battery from over charging and causing any damage.
I don't know much about the charging circuits. so can you please tell me do I need this circuit or it would work if I maintain voltage below 3.7v only. If it is required that please recommend me some good charging circuit.
