Is someone familiar with IEPE analog outputs?
Should I consider special attention to "IEPE" or I can treat it like a normal signal?

The IEPE simply means that it has a built-in FET to match the output to an amplifier. Most piezoelectric accelerometers are built this way. They are usually powered using a constant current source (around 2mA) The datasheet will specify the supply requirements.
