I am using OPA445 opamp for unity gain stable opamp with capacitive load but after 1Khz of input frequency opamp suffers gain peaking. So how to remove gain peaking such that opamp has a constant gain throughout its bandwidth.

You could sense the load current and use it to control the amount of nfb.
