hi... we want to control a 220v,13A,DC shunt motor, giving reference speed through PC. In the driver circuit we want to use IGBTs.. But we are unable to find the igbts that are suitable for the motor rating. Another difficulty is we want to use PI controller here.. Can we replace PI controller with 89s51/52 microcontroller.....?

 

can you please suggest us the IGBTs that can be used...?
