Hi everybody, I am trying to fix a Philips 3311 Oscilloscope and have traced the prob to an ic in the final X amp. This is marked as OQ0017. Its a 16 pin package comprising of a darlington pair input, a buffer stage and a continuous gain facility. I would be very grateful for any help I can get in locating or cross-referencing this ic.
Thanks for for your help

Hi Guys, really appreciate your replies. Here's the schematic of the section around the IC The quality is'nt great but I've labeled the OQ 0017 in the lower right of the diagram. I've also attached a photo of the IC itself if it gives any clues to its identity. It's frustrating as even though the scope is old now, it's would still be pretty useful and looks like one simple IC replacement would fix it.
Thanls again for the replies!
