Hello,
I am a beginner and I need some help.
Are these two circuits same? Is the current output same on both diagrams? No matter how much current I just need to know if the current output is same. Sorry for my bad English.

Welcome to AAC!

Is this homework?

Another way to look at these circuits is to determine the number of nodes (connected points at the same potential).
Sorry for my bad English.
Your English is okay.

The answer depends upon whether one is comparing diagrams or the real-world circuits represented by the diagrams. In the absence of any qualifying information, the correct assumption is that you are in diagram space where connecting wires have zero resistance and all points on the same node (wire) are at the exact same voltage potential. That appears to be the case here, so both diagrams represent exactly the same circuit.

However, sometimes but not often (usually in high-current power circuits) the problem will require finding the voltage drops in the connecting wires themselves. The problem statement will make this clear and give the information necessary to perform the calculation.
