Hello all!
I have an old version (2.0.1) of PADS Power PCB. I am working on a simple 2-layer design which includes an analog ground (AGND) copper pour on the bottom side. I have successfully done this many times in the past. I used the Copper Pour tool, drew a rectangle outline, and associated it with the AGND net. But at some point I must have turned on "hatch display". Now, when I select the copper pour outline and click the Flood menu icon an information box pops up saying "To generate new thermals, turn off hatch display prior to flooding". No flood occurs.
I have the PADS manual, which I have scoured pretty well looking for an option to turn off the hatch display. When I select the copper pour outline and Query/Modify option, the info box that comes up is titled "Query/Modify Drafting". The Type shows as "Hatch Outline" (not Pour outline) but no option to turn the hatch display off.
I have browsed through the "Preferences" menu options looking for anything mentioning "hatch" and did not find any way to turn the hatch display on or off.
So, specifically my main question is: How do I "turn off the Hatch Display prior to flooding" ??
