You said your breaker did not fit well and had a bad connection before as well, Maybe its lost its connection completely now.

my oven worked great just ten minutes before, i had a pizza under broil.

That was your last post. Did you resolve the shock issue? Did you install the dual 240 Volt breaker and assuming you did then has it been tripped?

never did anything ti fix the shock issue.
the breaker was tripped, i forgot to say. & i re-set it, but no luck.
