Do you mean the circuit in post #20, could you explain how you believe it works?
Which resistor represents the sensor?

This is your circuit.
The simulated resistance value of the sensor varies when flexed.
But C1 and R3 do nothing!
The OPA is acting as buffer, it has no Gain.
What resistive values of the sensor are you expecting over the flex range you are measuring?

Consider that the instrument amplifier has a DIFFERENTIAL INPUT, which is usually connected across a sensor resistance. Then an isolated voltage source forces a current thru that resistance , developing a voltage across the input of the instrument amplifier. There is a limitation that the voltages at both IA input must stay within the IA common mode input limits.
