oscilloscopes and wireless signals

Do you think it would be possible to make a DSO with much higher sensitivity of 1 µV per division that could observe microvolt signals? If not, what would be the limiting factor and what do you think the bandwidth would need to be?

Do you have a need for an oscilloscope with 1uV/div or is this just speculation?
There are scopes with a bandwidth of several Gigs but there is very little demand for sensitivity below 500uV/div. It probably could be done, but it would be very expensive to make sensitive low noise, wide bandwidth amplifiers.

This is speculation but it is based on the title of the thread.

Receiving weak signals directly on an oscilloscope doesn't make sense. An RF front end would be used to receive and amplify the signal, then send it to the scope.
