One additional consideration: Quartz crystals that exhibit resonance when excited by an alternating polarity voltage will resonate equally well no matter what the source of that AC voltage. The physical resonance of a piezo-electric material is agnostic as to the source of the driving power. So exactly the same effect can be produced from an actually functional electronic circuit.
THAT technology has been in use for many decades, and it is quite mature. So any claims that a specific circuit is needed to provide a proper voltage excitation of a quartz crystal are TOTALLY FALSE!! (to use a polite phrase.)
Next, the piezo-electric effect of a quartz crystal excited at it's resonant frequency have been rather well studied and utilized by the manufacturers of frequency control crystals. That knowledge extends to the understanding of the electrical fields effects on the crystal lattice construction of quartz crystals.
So without any adequate explanation of any of the properties of "orgone" energy", the conclusion I offer is that it is only found in the land called "MORDOR", of which the borders have been closed by forces beyond our control. We can read about it but that is all.

I want to propose One additional question, which is about the size of the quartz elements that would be involved with the application of voltages. One fairly well understood aspects of resonance is the inverse relationship between mas and frequency. So in the discussion of the generation of such things, has there been any mention as to the mass of the quartz crystals involved?? Certainly any physical experimentation will involve actual materials that could be subject to normal measurements of mass, and size. Given that vibration and resonance are fairly well understood concepts, this may allow some additional insights to be developed.
