Hi, I bought a opto-isolator relay from ebay. But I have no idea how to connect to my Arduino (Pro Micro that don't have the function to produce 5V and 3.3 V power from it). I provide the diagram of the relay.

Where is the datasheet? Unless someone happens to recognize the relay from that tiny picture, that picture is worthless. And it is not a "diagram" it is a photo of the relay.

 

I bought it from ebay. They don't provide diagram. There is three pin on the left side (JVCC, VCC, GND). There are four pin on the right side (VCC, CN1,CN2, GND).
