Just wondering about the mechanics of the negotiation of a barely known streaming service, Fite.tv, asking someone to do commentary on a second stream during the even (primary stream has real boxing announcers). Was it the money, the access to the crowd, the ...?

That's great, make me feel more inadequate in my life. At least you have a full head of hair. I got grey hair in my late 30's and bald on top in my 40's. Although that is coming back some. I started taking Hyaluronic acid for my knees. Along with chondrotin. Was using Ostobiflex but it stopped working. Did some research online and found out the glucosamine is turned into hyaluronic acid in the body so got some of that, cut out the middle man type thing. My once bald head has sprouted quite a bit of hair now, something I never thought would happen.

 

Wow, I was bald out of the womb, nothing really happened after that but, I did get a cow lick in the front both sides, with a 3rd in the rear like your Denise the Menace avatar. Somehow or another in my Family the men gradually begin to loose the cow licks but the widows peak remains until that thins and you have this horse shoe shape, mine isn’t there just yet but I’m workin on it, I really like that look lol

My oldest grandson has a widows peak, since birth. He got mad one time when I said he looked like Eddie Munster, since he also has black hair.

As to being bald it doesn't bother me at all. Don't know who originally said it but heard, "the the good lord only made so many perfect heads, the rest he covered with hair".

Thats where I draw the line, if you only knew how many women find me attractive, and good looking women to boot. I begin to think that Packard from Star Trek.

I was never too fond of Cosell either, but I have to mention that my dad read Cosell's autobiography. In it he tells of a plane flight during which he played poker (penny ante) with Donald Trump. Trump ended up owing Cosell a dollar, which he paid with a check. Cosell never cashed the check and instead framed it.

As far as hair loss, and again mentioning my dad, he started losing his hair as soon as he hit 20. By 40, he'd lost most of it on top. He would get a crew cut hair cut but some time in his 40's he decided to grow a full beard and a handlebar mustache. It was truly an imposing look.

 

 

Howard gave up announcing boxing after the Randall "Tex" Cobb vs Larry Holmes 15 round heavyweight bout. Holmes beat Cobb badly for all 15 rounds and it was so brutal Howard never again announced another fight. Tex just kept coming back for more and it kept the ref from declaring a TKO. It came just a couple of weeks after Ray "Boom Boom" Mancini killed Pak in the ring.
