The captain exchanged words with Rialmo Jr., who stood his ground, and the captain insisted that it was his vessel and “he can do what he wants.”
Giuffre Sr. told police later that Bailey began drinking beer and rum heavily, and said he believed the captain was taking drugs. He said he saw Bailey smoking a “joint,” and Rialmo Sr. said he saw the captain snorting cocaine.
According to the report, Bailey called Giuffre Jr. up to the second deck to talk to him and said, “I have a 9 mm and if I want, I will put a bullet in each of your heads and leave you out here.”
This made me snort. I think he meant "wariness" but I like this better.Bet Florida now was one constipated alligator.

"Unfortunately it sounds like that gator has been fed previously and has lost its weariness of people and is beginning to associate people with food,"
Her big mistake was wielding a machete and not an axe. Everyone knows a machete in an ax throwing bar will get you arrested every time. ;

I shoulda watched it first... It's Miami and does appear from the small snout it could be a croc.
Ah, now I get it. Yeah I'd be one of those tourists. Just seeing one is mildly interesting and seeing one actually up and moving would warrant a video. Perhaps the most exotic wildlife where I live is the wild turkey. I've seen 'tourists' taking pictures of them but we see them all the time. I've had them chase my cat around my back yard.Tourist down there get all excited about seeing a gator ...
