The captain exchanged words with Rialmo Jr., who stood his ground, and the captain insisted that it was his vessel and “he can do what he wants.”

Giuffre Sr. told police later that Bailey began drinking beer and rum heavily, and said he believed the captain was taking drugs. He said he saw Bailey smoking a “joint,” and Rialmo Sr. said he saw the captain snorting cocaine.

According to the report, Bailey called Giuffre Jr. up to the second deck to talk to him and said, “I have a 9 mm and if I want, I will put a bullet in each of your heads and leave you out here.”

Tourist down there get all excited about seeing a gator but I literally have them in my back yard including an old nest. A neighbor had one decide to take up residence in his pond. Going out to fish on low tide there would be several sunning on the sandbars.

Tourist down there get all excited about seeing a gator ...
Ah, now I get it. Yeah I'd be one of those tourists. Just seeing one is mildly interesting and seeing one actually up and moving would warrant a video. Perhaps the most exotic wildlife where I live is the wild turkey. I've seen 'tourists' taking pictures of them but we see them all the time. I've had them chase my cat around my back yard.
