They would show pirated US movies with Spanish subtitles at night without cuts on R rated material. A Florida woman was arrested last week on felony neglect charges after police said her five children were living in filthy conditions, including a girl whose backpack allegedly had bugs crawl out of it at school.

Sadly, we don't need to go to Florida to see that. I see it all the time here in Cleveland, Ohio. Children and Family Services unfortunately has more cases than staffing which has resulted in the deaths of several children. These poor kids are neglected and abused daily while the parent or guardian blows the money the state gives them and in many cases "blows" the money is the right word. We just had another child die as this child's father was screaming about the neglect the child was receiving from her mother and mother's boyfriend. I really feel for the father who was a good guy and never deserved to have his child die.

Huh, interesting that the charge was reckless driving, when in fact he wasn't driving.
That was funny. Around here they can get you for driving under the influence if you are just sitting in the vehicle with the keys in the ignition engine not running. Had a co-worker years ago, left a bar and knew he was drunk so he got in his car and put the keys in the ignition so as not to lose them and took a nap. He was awoken by law enforcement, cited, and dragged to jail. How can you get cited for driving under the influence when you weren't driving?

Actually, one of the neighbors.
I assume the guy is a transplant from the northeast. Overexposure to S. Florida sun seems to have a strange effect on northerners.So I see you are in good company.
