Noob here - trying to get up to my 10 comments so I can post a real electronics question...
There's no such post count requirement -- it would be contrary to the purpose of the forums. There are only a couple of things that you have to have a minimum post count to do, such as start a thread in the Marketplace forum or to edit a post you've made, to combat spammers and the kind of post-erase homework cheaters that join forums to have someone else do their homework for them but then want to erase their post so that their teachers don't see it. But otherwise a new member can post a new thread and respond to other threads in nearly every forum.

The witness, cops say, reported that the women were at an Interstate 75 rest stop Wednesday morning, and that “all three of them” were “standing in the nude putting on suntan lotion.”

When a Florida Highway Patrol trooper arrived at the rest stop, the naked women explained that they had simply been “air drying” in the nude after showering. Before the cop could complete her investigation, however, the trio jumped into their Nissan Sentra and drove off on the highway.

Near Pasco High School, a Dade City cop used stop sticks to deflate the car's tires, then an FHP trooper rammed their car, broke the glass, and tasered all three.

I demand a release of that police bodycam video.

“The money was earning between .02% and .08%,” said Greg Anderson, Mackenzie’s attorney. “Then Gloria was charged $2 million in fees.”

Court documents say the son, Scott, had control over her money, which she had split with him because he helped her buy the winning ticket. At the time, with an advertised haul of $590.5 million, the jackpot was the largest in Powerball history.

The son turned management of his mother’s share over to a financial advisor who hosted a local radio show that Scott listened to, according to the suit.
I could have invested the money in Treasury bills and only charged $1 million.;)
