A long shot but would anyone know a source for this type of electrical networking connector used on Brooks cryogenic vacuum pumps? I've no idea on the OEM.

Crimped pins/sockets on a circular connector with plastic flat alignment surface inside. I have a few extra OEM cables
but would like to make a few more if I can find the connectors.
