Hey guys,

I am looking for something off the shelf, just like a box I can power up and connect signals to.

Box should be a straight forward and gate working at 24V.
if it has multiple AND gates better but 1 AND would be enough.

If you guys know off anything like this please let me know!!
I dont know if they have a fancier name commercially

You can do it with two 24V relays.

If you want it self powered, add two 1N4001 diodes.

 

Two relays.

What are the input signals? Source, output impedance, current capability, etc.
What is the output signal destination? Impedance, current requirement, etc.

Thanks, I know it is fairly simple but I really do not want to get into programming.
Plus I think buying a PLC might be way of an over kill

Not being sure what exactly you want to do but as to a simple two input "AND" gate you can roll your own with a few relays or even a few simple transistors. Can be a simple of a couple of 2N2222 (or similar) transistors of a couple of N Channel MOSFETS like a FQP27P06. A Google of "Transistor AND Gate" will get you a dozen circuits. This all comes down to exactly what you want to do?

YOu don’t have to buy and program a PLC to use PLC parts - like relays.

Not possible without the information in post #4. And Alec is correct - depending on everything surrounding this circuit, the circuit might be just 3 components and no relays.
