There is something about this time of year. The numbers of users on at the same time seem to go up, and up. I wonder why? Graduation perhaps?

I think because the site has become more popular and because more people are interested in electronics.

Yes, but it you graph it I suspect it would be cyclic. Look at the stats on the bottom of the page, this time last year (OK, next month) we peaked at 1000 users. The numbers are slowly climbing up to that level again.
