Not sure what this is...transformer?

Guys, I really don't know that much about reading schematics, but I want to say I believe this is a transformer taking 120v AC to 12VCD. Can someone confirm? I'm trying to repair a rackmount audio mixer and this part seems to be missing from the case. I see where the wires connect to the mainboard (E1,E2 & E3), but someone has clipped them... This whole exercise might be a waste as maybe it was clipped if the mainboard is fried -- I just want to try. I just need to know -- What is E1 and E3? -- I see E2 is ground and I can attach that one to the case. Anything else I should know?

Thanks in advance for the assist.

That circuit is intended to be connected to a centre-tapped transformer secondary. E1 and E3 connect to the ends of the winding and E2 should connect to the centre tap.
