Hi everyone,
I have been sent this Samsung robot vacuum cleaner charging station which isn’t getting any output to charge the robot.
I’ve traced the power and it’s not getting past this IC, it is getting hot and I’ve put a drop of IPA on it and it bubbled away.
I’ve tried to Google the numbers on the chip but nothing is coming up the variants I have are:
XDEH8
XDEHB
Am I right in thinking this is a battery management IC?
I have 25v going into the chip but nothing coming out.
Are these ICs available or can I use a alternative?
Any help from all you experts would be very much appreciated.

After posting this same question on reddit I got this responce from a user.

"Silergy SY8303AIC High Efficiency Fast Response, 3A, 40V Input
Synchronous Step Down Regulator"

So I've ordered some of them and I'll try one out, I've nothing to lose and plenty to gain. I will do a further update when I've either blown it up or its working again .
