What's the rush?

You could use a center-tapped transformer, but you'll have to watch out for "flux walking". Google that phrase to find out more.

A 1000uF capacitor is polarized. it will blow up from the AC of the transformer.
It will be a dead short anyway to the Mosfets so they also might blow up.
You need a series inductor then a shunt capacitor forming an LC filter. The inductance of the L will be a series impedance preventing the capacitor from being a short.

what is the value of the resistor i have to connect at the output. iam supposing to have a high resistance 1K ohm. so that it will draw (100v / 1K) = 0.1 A. I can easily get a small current rating inductor. What should be its inductance value.
