Is New Posts notification working for the Completed Projects Forum?

There are several posts there that I have missed. Maybe they appeared and I just overlooked them, but there are several that would have to be explained that way.

If someone would make a test post to the capacitor discharge spot welder project, I will be careful not to miss it.

Test post sent. Have also noticed lack of notifications myself, but had put this down to some user setting or other. Could this be related to the fairly recent server change?
