One of the phantom preamp, is a THAT 1510/1512 microphone op amp having same pinout as INA217
The schematic shown figure 5 for phantom, supply is specified or recommended for +/- 15V

If your goal is more basic you would eliminate some of the features.
It does not hurt to see the how and why of various components/ audio quality.
The op amp and circuit will either convert impedance and quality or will barely pass.
