In my capstone class I am currently designing a smart outlet device which can be controlled using WiFi.
I am having an issue finding an appropriate relay for this project. For this device the relay has to meet the following requirements:
- Have a power output comparable to an outlet (1800W)
- Have a small form factor
- Latching Relay
- Switches with a 3.3V signal
The first relay I used only supported 125 VA. I would like to plug in larger loads like power supplies and computers.
