Im new here and i want to ask your help about the project in my mind.
Is there a circuit that will turn on my appliances or even light once i call my land line phone?

If theres a schematic i will appreciate it much...

I'm not aware of a beginners-level project that will provide the functionality you desire.

Have you looked at x10 home automation products? Perhaps not precisely what you were looking for, but the modules are already assembled - you just plug them in the wall, and connect the control module to a computer.

It would help us a great deal if you used a more meaningful subject line when creating a topic, such as "Appliance/lighting control by telephone?", as "need help" is practically redundant; merely creating a topic is almost always indicative of a request for help.

 

Not sure of your level of expertise but here is a simple, easy to use kit from velleman that may meet your needs.
