I dont get the 3 turns 1 turns 2 turns in the audio transformer, marked with the yellow box, how do u create one

 

There is no audio transformer in the circuit. The RF transformer has 4 turns on the primary tapped at 1 turn from the end connected to the collector. The secondary has 2 turns. Note the terms primary and secondary are referrng to when it is transmit mode. They change over roles when in receive mode.

The inductor looks a lot like this:
