Can anyone explain to me what are the effects if our schematic is not connected to ground or supply? Also how to add components value in ExpressSCH?

Are you referring to devices, like some IC's, that don't show a ground or supply pin?

 

It shows ground pins and to set values is easy you hover over the part and right click and the box opens up
I use it all the time to post circuits.
