How can I use this 74HC73 IC on circuit wizard 1.5? It keeps blowing up. I tried to feed it 1 volt with a voltage divider but it doesn't work.

The message tell me there is a revesed voltage.
Chips do not like reverse voltages.
Check the power connections for correct polarity.

LOL.. I feel so stupid for not seeing that. You're right. But the fault is not completely mine though, it seems Cktwzrd has the pin descriptions wrong.
