Need help wiring up a simple on/off switch in a food processor

I was given a Cuisinart food processor and the circuit board that controls on/off and speed is burnt out. I'd like to just wire in a simple toggle switch to turn it on and off. The motor has a start motor capacitor and a stop motor capacitor. Both capacitors run through separate resistors. I think to start the motor I would just supply power to the resistor connected to the start motor capacitor. Would I need to wire in the stop motor capacitor? If so how would it be wired? I'm a tinkerer not an engineer so simple is better. Thank you for taking the time to look at this.

I think it's a reversible motor. Two capacitors for 2 windings? Two capacitors as snubbers for the triacs?
Big lack of information! Anybody have a Cuisinart schematic?

I would tend to think dual speed caps, I don't see a centrifugal or other start cap switch being fitted to a small motor like that?
Max.
