Neither image provides enough information to provide useful advice. The partial motor connections photo leaves off what is needed, the switch photo provides no information at all.'
The cover for the switch enclosure might provide a circuit diagram, possibly. The drum switch may not have enough contacts for this application.

Sorry about that hopefully this will help. As more the motor that's all I got. I could take a picture of the terminals on the motor if needed.

The third photo gives a description of the connections i each switch position and that is what is needed.
The picture of the motor connections misses the instructions about how to reverse the rotation. And since wiring for reversable rotation is requested we need that information.

The picture from motor says to reverse rotation interchange red and black leads. Does that help

Indeed that is what was missing. So now the connection of the drum switch shown and the motor for 230 volt operation can be provided.. But it will take a few minutes with pencil and paper to verify, and it will take adding terminal designations to the motor terminals shown in order for it to be described.
OR, are there terminal numbers on the actual motor terminals. That would be very useful if there were.
