How do I properly connect the Dependent Sources? Also what is the equivalent of Bias Point analysis in Multisim? Is the whole "increasing Vs in 2V increments" done in that analysis?

 

In software version 11:
Simulation->Analyses->Parameter Sweep

You can select there the device whose value you want to change as well as the step of the change.
