The aplication is for Quad Drone BLDC Motor Electronic Speed Control (ESC)
It's SOP8 package. Writen EZS3012CP-2CJJ1
The other one is EZS3012CP-CPH4. Can find part in google
How i have a good working PCB FET
How do i measure the the good Fet to get the compatible fet..
As far as i measure gate voltage. 1volt when system switch on and motor not spinning.
2.3v when motor running full speed..
