Lost few devices after electrical surge. Trying to repair SONY TV.
Please guide me to troubleshoot my TV Problem

No Picture, no Sound.
Using remote after pressing power one time I can get the Red stand by light ON.
One more time pressing power, gets Green light ON
Today I replaced Main board. & can see green light responds to Menu & other signals (which was not the case before).
but nothing on the screen so far, no menu no picture. Do I have to replace T-Con board as well?
How can I check which board is bad?
Will really appreciate.
