need help on the Ultrasonic Mist Maker circuit please.

Hi,
I got some new test and result here:
I think the intermittent contacts, rows of contacts and messy long wires on the solderless breadboard prevent the circuit from working properly at the very high frequency for a 555. Maybe another 555 or from a different manufacturer would work better.

I'll soldering a PCB and test it again.
Yes there are some chips good like TI’s LMC555 and MIC1555. try or not worth to try?

An LMC555, TLC555, ICM7555 and MIC1555 are Cmos with a very low output current that will have trouble charging and discharging the high capacitance of a Mosfet's gate at your high frequency. An ordinary old LM555 or NE555 has 20 times more output current.

If you insist on using a 555 timer IC, "Good Luck." An actual oscillator circuit will be more appropriate.

Actually I given up 555, that youtube just a new talk point.
I am looking for a Ordinary transistor oscillator circuit, need advice.
Can a BC557 work?
