Why is it that you even need an answer? In other words, what type of course is this for? What level? Middle school, High school, Engineering school?

i am a automotive technician so i can tell you about internal combustion engine
have no understanding about solving this question all i need is the amount of amps and watts in circuit
also this question is in a test i am taking for a manufacture

 

So if I were to tell you that the amps was 3 A and the watts was 42 W in that circuit, how would that help you?
