The mosfet(irf540) explode during simulation in circuit wizard software.

Please give some suggestions to make it work well and longer life.

The only problem I can see with that circuit is if SW1 and SW2 are closed at the same time which would short circuit the 12V supply.
I can't see any risk to the MOSFET as long as the relay coil resistance is sensible - say greater than 1Ω.

 

As it's a sim, can we assume D1 and Q1 are correctly polarised?

 

Dont usea MOS transistor. Common for relays is a bipolar BC547.

The resistor R1 ia way to large.
Now it takes very long to charge the gate capacitor, so it stays a long time in the linear region.
Use a value of 100 - 470 Ohms.

The time constant is 170uS which isn't huge but I agree the resistor could be a much lower value.
