Hi, i am doing biasing of atf36077. The specification used are Vds= 1.5V, Id=10mA and Vg=-0.22V. But when i run the biased circuit Vds is equal to 137mV and id is 13.9mA. Can anyone tell me what i am doing wrong? i am also attaching the schematics and datasheet of atf36077 for better understanding of my problem
