Can any of you experienced designer out there shed some light into my circuit to see why it is not function at all? Thank you in advance

 

Have you double-checked all the wiring against the schematic to make sure it's correct?
Do you have the IC pinout numbers and order correct?
Most problems with newly constructed circuits are due to wiring errors.

 

I did two one worked for a while and shut off, the other never works.

 

Are you certain pin 11, the exposed pad on the back of the package is properly soldered to the ground plane?

What is the purpose of C72?

Switchers can be very sensitive to layout issues and noise. Care is especially required for the circuit common ("ground"). Have you followed the recommended layout closely?

 

Hi thank you for the response. I used heat gun at 700F to flowed the ground onto the pad. C72 just a typo.
