Yes. I realized that when I saw the output behavior so I switched the voltage source to AC and tried doing a transient analysis but I am still not seeing the correct output. I have attached a pdf of my modifications. Also, what is the procedure to run a uA741 on LTSpice? On PSpice this component appears in their library but not in LTSpice.
