Hey guys I was wondering whether is it possible to skip the battery line and just jump the power source straight to the speaker..

i apologize for the incomplete info...Welcome to AAC!
You need to provide more information. What is the make and model of the unit?
If this is a Bluetooth speaker, where are the battery and speaker connections?
Why is there a mic on the board?
Sorry if what I want to happen was not clear in my initial post. What I wanted to happen was to remove the battery line (part) so I could just connect the device to a 5v charger and make it work. Hope this is clear enough. What do you want to do with it, connect a separate battery or psu??
We don't read minds!!
750 mAh is fine? You can input a 5V DC supply instead of the battery, as long as the psu has the current rating..
