Hello everyone! i want to understand that how oscilloscope is working and i want to learn how can i draw on oscilloscope sheet.

Anyone can help me about this?

V1=3.6sin(1000 π ft)+1 Volt and Volt/div = 1V and time/div =1ms

thank you for your help. have a nice day everyone

To begin, show us where you would place the (x, t) point of (0, 0) on the screen.
Next, show us the following:
(1, 0)
(1, 1)
(3.6, 0)
(4.6, 0)

Sorry, I should have written (v,t) not (x,t).

There are three issues.

1) I asked for (0,0), (1,0), (1,1) etc.

2) (0,0) is not always in the center of the screen.

3) f is not defined in V1=3.6sin(1000 π ft)+1
Maybe it should have been written as V1=3.6sin(2π ft)+1 where f = 500

what should i do now
Any oscilloscope I have ever used had positioning & triggering adjustment controls that allowed wide latitude in setting the zero points. Perhaps the question should be, "Where would it be best to set the zero points?"

Also, an oscilloscope is not capable of showing negative time (unless you are using a digital storage oscilloscope), it shows time from the trigger point.

i'm a new student of " 19 september university" my teacher ask us this question ( i'm trying to translate it )

the signal V1=3.6sin(1000 π ft)+1 Volt, Volt/div = 1V and time/div =1ms

the settings are measured with the oscilloscope. By making the necessary calculations for measurement, the following drawings
do.

question is : The screen image to be obtained in the AC measurement setting is the oscilloscope screen in Figure 1.
draw on it. (Note: do not forget to mark the ground line (GND) on the graph.)

i hope i can translate it well
