Hello all. I am trying to increase the power of a 3 phase motor at output pin 1, 2 and 3 of connector J3. Can anyone give suggestion? I provide the schematic diagram for reference.

You may get away with increasing the motor supply volts but I expect there is a good chance of smoke!

 

If the circuit posted was designed to drive your particular motor it is likely the motor power is already at a safe maximum value. Increasing power beyond that may well damage the motor.

 

So if you want more power you need a bigger motor.

When a polyphase inductive motor is operated above the nameplate rating, the efficiency, current, and speed will differ from the nameplate values. Such operation may reduce the life of the motor insulation. Care must be taken to ensure that all applicable conditions, such as ambient temperature and altitude, are observed.
