I would like to add a power amplifier to the output of a LoRa chip, model *SX1280*, to increase the output power to 1 watt at a frequency of 2.4 GHz.
Can you guide me on which amplifier I should use?

While that addition is probably quite possible it is also rather illegal, at least in the USA, because the LoRa devices are licensed as LOW POWER devices in order to avoid interfering with other services using the same frequency band. That is, the devices are only legal when they are type approved. So you might get away with a one watt device if you were using it on a large farm or ranch operation, but only because it did not bother others. It would still not be legal, just not noticed. The 2,4 GHZ band serves several services already. So here would be a lot of folks that might notice the interference and file complaints.
