One other thing that most countries have is a comsumer affairs office with

teeth to go after these guys. Call the county where this going on and see

if they have comsumers affairs. Some have county ordinances that control

these companies.They are different from police,you can make a complaint

without getting into trouble. If you don't know where it is,the comsumer affairs

have legal authority to ask for information,you can fax them a copy of your letter.

Nothing to lose,try it.

 

California Highway Patrol,you can fax a copy of the letter and ask where the

car is located,you are asking for information,not making a report. Companies

have to report to C.H.P...just ask about there system ,that not a report.

They would be open now,they never close,maybe they will help a vet.
